Story
Where It all started
Without any idea of animation and never having seen even a video about how its made, a movie and an open source software started it all. Having seen Disney's Frozen (2013) by chance, stirred up a conversation and obsession over animation. Suddenly, we discovered a huge world that we had never known! Call it ignorance, which was bliss, next thing our internet searched was animation software's. Among a whole range of products out there we had to narrow it down to something that our laptops at that time could handle and was....what's the word that I'm looking for...not cheap.......Oh yeah Free! Didn't take long though and we knocked on the doors of Blender.
2013
With that the days passed with watching animated movies as well as short films and trying out weird things in the software. At the time there was nothing to achieve much so we decided to use the software to create text animations and editing videos for college projects. The potential for blender as editing and text was pretty limited at that version.

2014-15
We continued with using the software for its video editing abilities with occasional trying to animate little things here and there. As a test animation, we tried to create some animation and actually render a video. Honestly, we had no idea of aspect ratios or rendering quality and all the technicalities. Not that we had understood animation, but we had finally figured how to lock key frames and render a picture. That was a big deal for us then, people. That test animation was uploaded on YouTube as our first short film. Don't go looking for it, because we removed it.
2016
Now an internal want had started to try and make a short film after spending so much time in the software. Thus, began the work for a couple of potential short films, one of them that will eventually be our first official short film titled "A Mall Story". Since we had to work with what we had, it was one laptop. Somehow we realized a lot of things in our first short, like rendering needs, proper process to follow and of course animation techniques. We were unaware as to how long it would take, so the project kept going on comfortable level - We worked whenever we could. The film finally hit YouTube around seven months later in 2017.
2017-18
Just like that, now we had a process and schedule. Following the release of our first short, we had started work on our next short film along with developing another story for later project. There was something so addictive about this whole thing that time seemed to fade away. Almost a year later, the second short film titled "Crystal" released under, now the official name 'Pixeland Animations'. Since we had started work on the third project early on, "I Miss You" released the same year. It became our most popular film thanks to a great story line, a different aesthetic and first fully animated human character in our film.

2019
When a production for a short film is going on, generally development for the next film starts, in this way by overlapping projects, there is a guarantee that at least one short film will be released in a year. So, while post-production for 'I Miss You' was going on, development for our next film had started. So we were able to release "Last Car", a low poly fantasy film, in the beginning of the year. This gave us enough time to work on and release "Wanderers", our fifth animated short and our first 'High Definition rendered short' later that same year.
2020 And ahead
After a brief break after 'Wanderers', we are back on making stories come alive with work-in-progress on our next project "Imagine", that we are hoping to release this year. Along with that we are trying and developing other possible stories.
