Tired from her work, when a mom comes home to find that her son, who poses a power to make his imagination real, is drawing, she forces him to stop wasting his time and instead study. With a not-so-understanding husband not caring about her, she soon finds herself in a place where she can forget everything and be at peace for once.
She is in her son's 'Imagination land'. She realizes her son's dream and comes to terms with it. This dream also gives a self-reflection time for the husband.
This film took 6-8 months for completion but actually began around 2 years ago. With the initial draft being uninspired, it took a while to find the right narrative.
Although the film was simple, this is the first time more than one human character was animated at a time. Along with that this film also has the longest single take that we have attempted. And if that wasn't enough the film also changes aspect ratio when we go to the imagination land sequence. There was much to learn in this project from animation timing and managing shot sequencing.
