I MISS YOU
Vincent is trying to cope the death of his daughter, Mia, by trying to bring normalcy in his life like the way he used to - getting ready in the morning, going to work, coming back and going straight to sleep. Although it might seem everything is okay, but inside he knows the emptiness that is left.
When a common scenario triggers Vincent to look at the photo of his daughter and him together he finds an unexpected gift. A letter from his daughter. Mia knew her father's life would take a turn for the bad after she goes from his life. From the words of his little girl, he finds something to live for - Hope.
The film tries to convey a father's emotional state and a daughter's maturity of understanding towards her illness and eventual demise. A very personal relation to the concept of the story and the following coping mechanism made this story possible.
Completely set inside a house with only one character was a choice to understand his state of mind.
